Task: Digital Accounts: Food, Delivery, Task-based Services
Accounts that are shared among the family for food deliveries or groceries require someone else to become the main food master and provide updated payment details to keep recurring deliveries on track.
It could be FreshDirect, Grubhub, Yelp, Postmates, UberEats, or any other service in your area. If you use Amazon or another massive retailer, don’t forget to include the details with that account.
For handyman-like services you found on Craigslist, TaskRabbit or another app, include your method of using the service; if you found someone who’s great at fixing things then they should go in your contacts with a clear description of what they provide and how much they charge.
Your Task
Identify all your food-based digital accounts, the level of importance for each account, what should be done with them, and how you plan on granting access. If you use a password manager you can write it directly in the notes field, if you use a digital document you can put it there, and last but not least you can put it in the Digital Accounts section of your Everplan.
