Everplans Has A New Home

We have very exciting news to share. Everplans has been acquired by Precoa, the nation’s leading end-of-life planning company. We’ve been working closely with Precoa over the past few years, and it was clear we needed to go further. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for us, and we and our team couldn’t be more thrilled.

Our mission at Everplans from day one has been to build an easy-to-use platform that helps users gain control over all the critical aspects of life, and ensure everything is completely organized for their family and loved ones. It’s been at the root of everything we’ve done at Everplans, and will continue to guide our shared partnership. Precoa works closely with funeral homes across the country to provide critical services and funeral insurance policies to more than one million households.

We’re honored to have you using Everplans, and we take your trust in us very seriously. Following this acquisition, Everplans will operate as a standalone wholly-owned subsidiary of Precoa. There are no changes to our data and information privacy procedures and protocols. Precoa shares our commitment to securing personal user information.
