Death With Dignity Legislation (a.k.a. Aid-In-Dying or Physician-Assisted Death)
- Senate Bill 382 and Assembly Bill 2270 , both filed under “New Jersey Death with Dignity Act” were submitted in January 2014 (to the Senate) and February 2014 (to the Assembly). In June, the Assembly Committee voted to advance the bill.
