How To Close A Web.com Account When Someone Dies
All the information you need to delete a Web.com account.
Service: Web.com, formerly Register.com, is a domain registrar, as well as a web design and hosting service.
How To Close An Account: Login to Web.com and click on “Edit Site.” Click on “Site Settings” and scroll down to the small box on the bottom that says “Other Settings.” The last button will say “Delete Website.” It will ask for your account information and then prompt you to click “Delete Website and Account.”
Tip: Before you simply delete this account you should figure out what you want done with the purchased domains. Do you want to use them, sell them, or just let them go?
