How To Close A Netflix Account When Someone Dies
All the information you'll need to close a Netflix account.
Service: Netflix is the world’s largest streaming video and DVD subscription service.
How To Close An Account: Netflix offers two plans—a streaming video subscription and a mail-order DVD subscription. For either, start by logging in to Netflix.com from a desktop computer or mobile browser.
Streaming Plans
1. Hover over the avatar at the upper right-hand area of the page and select “Your Account” or simply click here and skip to step 3.
2. Under “Your Plan,” click “Cancel streaming plan.”
3. Click the “Complete Cancellation” button.
DVD Plans
1. Hover over the avatar at the upper right-hand area of the page and select “Your Account” or simply click here and skip to step 3.
2. Under “Your Plan,” click “Cancel DVD plan.”
3. Click the “Cancel DVD Plan” button.
Note: You must ensure that all DVDs are returned by the end of the billing period to avoid incurring additional charges.
