How To Close A Fanpop Account When Someone Dies

How To Remove An Account:

• Log into the account
• Click “Profile” at the top of the page
• Select “Edit Profile” on the dashboard of the profile page
• Scroll to the bottom of the page, press “here” at the end of the sentence, “If you’d like to PERMANENTLY remove your account, click here”
• Type in your password, the press “Remove my Account”

Required Information:

• Email
• Password

If You are Logged Into Fanpop using Facebook:

• Log into Fanpop using the Facebook account email and password
• Delete account using steps listed above

Disconnect & Remove Account From Facebook:

• Click “Settings” on your Facebook profile
• Press “Apps” on the left side of the screen
• Press the “x” next to the service you wish to remove
